Default Font Style: "Monotype Corsiva", please refer to the third photo of the font style for reference
Default Imprint Position: Bottom Center on Flap, or Top Center on Bag Body

If you choose specified font style and specified imprint position, please provide the font name with content, and tell me where would you like to engrave the initials or name. If not, we will use our defaut font to do the name and initials monogram. And for the logo design, please provide the logo design in .JPG or .PNG format.

Please note that we are not responsible for taxes charged by customs. Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But for some Europe countries, they always charge customs taxes.

Please, check all information concerning dimensions, color, delivery delay and don't hesitate to ask questions if you think anything appears unclear. 

In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returning or replacement within 30 days of receipt. It is important to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging. We'll refund as soon as the returned item arrived to us.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Concretely, we'll give you a refund for the item price, shipping fee can be refunded only if the bag is faulty or damaged during transit.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.

Personalized Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition and never worn, you can return or exchange it after Christmas.
