As you can see, most of our bags are available in stock and ready to ship, but if you want to be different and get a custom bag, then we can custom make the bag by any of your requirements.

We can custom make the bag in different size, different looking, different leather colors, different interior lining colors/patterns, different hardware colors, different stitching colors, logo stamping, etc.

* Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order.

* We ship all items from China. It will take about 5 days to be delivered via Fast Shipping service, and 10-20 days to be delivered via Standard Shipping service.

* We ship to worldwide countries.

* Simple Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges. Up to 30 days.

Please note that we are not responsible for taxes charged by customs. Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But for some Europe countries, they always charge customs taxes.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll try to remedy the situation. 

Please, check all information concerning dimensions, color, delivery delay and don't hesitate to ask questions if you think anything appears unclear. 

In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returning or replacement within 30 days of receipt. It is important to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging. We'll refund as soon as the returned item arrived to us.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Concretely, we'll give you a refund for the item price, shipping fee can be refunded only if the bag is faulty or damaged during transit.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.

Personalized Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.

* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition and never worn, you can return or exchange it after Christmas.
