1. Where are you located?
We are a family-owned handmade leather studio located in China
2. Can you send to my country, and what shipping method do you use?
We can ship to worldwide countries. For standard shipping, usually we ship via China Post, which usually take about 15 days to be delivered. For fast shipping, usually we ship via DHL/FedEx/TNT, which usually take about 5 days to be delivered.
3. Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do customization to existing designs, including leather color changes, hardware color changes, and lining color changes. We take orders for fully customized product creations on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Custom Handmade Leather Bags page for more information.
4. What kind of leather do you use?
We only use selected full grain and top grain cowhide leather to make each bag as good as it is.
5. The qualities of the products' on your website are all reliable, aren’t they?
Yes,they are! That is absolutely guaranteed! Each product on the site is after we carefully selected. Most kinds of the products were tried by ourselves. So,whatever the quality, design or the style of them are the most outstanding in the same price.
6. Can I return the goods if they doesn't fit or I changed my mind after received?
